This fund aims to offer strong capital growth and a total portfolio return that is in the top quartile for general equity funds.

In order to achieve its objectives, the fund aims to be fully invested in South African equities on a consistent basis. It is actively positioned in our best ideas, based on our investment team’s proven bottom-up stock-picking process. This usually entails significant deviations from market cap-weighted benchmark positions.

Financial adviser fee (maximum): 3.00%
Ongoing advice fee (maximum): 1.00% per annum
Management fee: 1.25% per annum
Performance fee: 10% of the fund’s outperformance of its benchmark over rolling 12-month periods. When applicable, the performance fee will be added to the annual management fee and the total fee (annual management fee plus performance fee) will be capped at 2%.
